The next tournament to be organized is SUKSES. The roll-off was completed last night and I am already hearing controversies.
I received a SMS, late on Sunday evening, informing about the roll-off to be held the next night. To me, this looks a little out of the norm. Something like this should have been planned well ahead of time and all eligible bowlers informed much earlier, not a day before the roll-off.
The topic is now open to whoever wants to contribute.

Biasalah tukan. Notice lambat sampai.Sama jugak dengan roll off AA hari tu. Buat masa MSSM hari isnin kalau tak silap. Macam mana budak 2 dan parent nak tahu.Akhirnya sama gak budak 2 yang tak terpilih dulu dapat. tahniah la k sape yang dapat. Tapi bagi yang tak sepatutnya dapat dan boleh dapat kena faham la sendiri kan. kamu dapat pasal tak ramai yang datang dan tahu tentang roll off tu. Lagi sekali such a waste untuk selangor. Sama gak dengan Sukses. Notice pun tak sampai pada orang ramai. Hello ramai lagi budak yang boleh main sendiri atau training dengan bapa ke atau personal coach lagi bagus dari budak 2 yang ada training AA dan AAA tahu tak. Bagi la mereka peluang nak tunjuk bakat dan kebolehan yang ada tu. Yang untung untuk selangor dan paling penting untuk negara kita MALAYSIA

Pakai la web site stba 04 ke atau call semua bowling centre mintak kerja sama tampal notice.tolong inform semua orang. Hai susah sangat ke. Cakap je zaman teknologi. Buat semua kerja ikut cara lama.Lagi satu yang sedih nya ramai yang tahu web site ini kan. Apa salah nya guna web site ini untuk sebarkan semua agenda bowling yang akan berlaku di selangor. The roll off completed as stated indeed. It was initially thought that only top 4 bowlers from each gender will be selected but miraculously at the end of the 6 games it was 'decided'( tak taulah by whom) to choose top 5 la plak. It's a pity because had these children knew this fact earlier they would have played better to grab the last spot( mana tak, NY player pun ade, mana ade can). Is it because the 'expected' player did not make the cut that suddenly the door is open for the chosen one? Of course if it is our own children we would comment otherwise and support this move(of opening another spot), but if we are talking about principle, WHAT are we teaching our kids? The worst part, they are the one who brought this to our attention, imagine what would they think of us as an adult having very manipulative agendas? Do we want our kids to 'learn' our trade? Do we want to start to corrupt their mind? They(the kids) even overheard that things shouldn't be discussed in public( nanti orang dengar, elok masuk dalam bilik discuss)...If this is true, sad day indeed for bowling in Selangor.
My heart is with the kids who played their heart out during the roll off, only the dream to be crushed by the insensitivity attitude of the 'officials' after knowing that the bowlers will be selected base on 'consistency' during training for the event... 'training'? They don't even know the exact date of the game or even the format of the tournament and they got the guts to talk about 'consistency' to choose the final bowlers? The roll off has been done and top bowlers won with MERIT, PERIOD. Choose them and DON'T talk about consistencies, it's stinks with hypocrisies and bad intentions.
After this comments naturally some will want blood...revenge...and so the innocent kids get blacklisted...another famous trade of us so called adults. Wonder what happen with the values of integrity, accountability and sincerity...probably those are just some fairy tales words of wisdom in our so called 'adult' world...I wonder....
Hello Botak my good friend, long time no hear!
I only knew that they had another roll-off to select the AA from your comment to this Blog. Apa yang I know is that only four (4) orang yang di pilih olih personnel from MTBC during the official roll-off early this year, attended the AA program at Ole-Ole Bowling Center. What happened? Why only four went for the training program? This only meant that many parents do not agree to the training venue or maybe the person providing the coaching itself. Whatever the reason is, it only meant that there is a REAL problem here.
For your information, my son is one of those selected by the MTBC selectors for the AA program, but I decided not to allow him to join the training at Ole-Ole.
When the Program’s training venue was in the Ampang Superbowl at The Summit, attendance was never a big issue. Almost all trainees, both the AA & the AAA bowlers were there barring any excusable reasons. They were there, training enthusiastically, three times a week. Why did this non turn-up by the selected AA bowlers at Ole-Ole training venue?
DO NOT just brush this off, the top management of STBA04 and MTBC must probe for a valid reason.
(BTW, I am ensuring that a few top brass of MTBC is receiving this comment in their emails. I could not get Dato Aini’s email address. Otherwise, he will also be on the mailing list.)
With all due respect, I hope you guys will read through all the topics and comments made in this Blog. Maybe, only a few parents dare to voice out their concerns at the moment, hopefully with you guys making some positives comments in here would help encourage a lot more parents to have the guts to voice out their frustrations and concerns.
We believe that the Funds from the Ministry is being channel to you at MTBC, for distribution to the various State Association. We beg you to ensure that these Funds are being utilized to the maximum for the benefit of the State Bowlers, especially in the development of our Youth.
Now back to Botak’s comment………He mentioned about this Blog being known to many, I really do hope that this is true, but by looking at the comments contributed, constructively with all Pros & Cons, I really do not think so.
YES, this Blog can be used & utilized to promote Tenpin Bowling by anyone who is sincere about promoting the sport. We do not believe that this Blog to be a REBEL Blog, and I hope many do take this Blog and all it’s contributors as Bowling Rebels. We are NOT, but we just want to see fairness and transparency in the handling of the Sport in Selangor.
By all means, do let the admin knows about your programs, Roll-Off etc…etc….. If it is a good cause for the sport of Tenpin Bowling we will publish them, as a service to the Bowling fraternity.
As for Pacai’s comment pulak…… well Bro nak buat macam mana? To my experience, since I had daughters representing Petaling District to SUKSES for a couple of years, previously they select only the top 4 bowlers from each category, period! Now you tell me that they selected 5 and again it will be according to consistency that the final bowlers will be selected. Well the selector’s knows best. In fact I suspect that this was done because they already had bowlers in mind. However, upsets do happen in any tournament or roll-off and Bowlers they had in mind failed to make the final four, so they choose 5 making that these bowlers gets in. At the end of the day the favorite 4 will represent the District.. That’s my 2 cents worth laa!
Getting Black-listed? Not to worry laa Pacai…….the truth will always be known and will always prevail. If our children are good bowlers and wins on merit and still the are being victimized…..takper lah. Kita hantar them to play for money, in the one day events. What to do if the district or the state selectors and management wants to play politics and enforce personal agenda. At least in the one day events, if they are good and they are lucky, they will win money. Kadang2 main untuk district and/or State, duit kita yang lebih banyak keluar.

Hello again. Aku ada lagi. Ada busy sikit, tapi masih ikut perkembangan.Nanti masuk selalu orang baca naik menyampah lak. Aku terkejut gak kau tak tahu pasal roll off to. Aku dapat tahu pun dari parent lain sebelum nak gi MSSM. Entah la apa nak jadi dengan manusia sekarang. OOPs persatuan sekarang.Apa yang saya tahu budak 2 yang masuk level AA bukannya yang average bagus.Bukankah AA average should be around 180 above ke? Macam mana dia orang nak gi AAA kalau dah skarang pun masih terkial 2. Setengah budak 2 yang masuk AA sekarang ni pun masa tournament atau gi circuit tak lepas 2nd round and below average. Buat malu selangor je. so hopefully yang dapat masuk AA baru 2 ni nanti main kat circuit atau tournament jangan lak tak de improvement. Jangan nak membazir duit msn. Ramai lagi budak yang bagus memerlukan bantuan msn tu ok. Setengah dari budak AA bukan nya pergi tournament junior circuit. Macam mana boleh terpilih pun tak tahu. Selangor patut mesti ada back up. So STBA 04 Bangun lah dari tidur anda tu. Patut STBA 04 bagi tempat pada Budak 2 yang mengharumkan nama di circuit dan yang betul 2 nak main tournament. Semua budak 2 di level AA dan AAA dapat main masa sukan wilayah hari tu. Naper selangor tak boleh buat mcm tu untuk sukses. "SUKSES" untuk nak "SUCCESS" kan budak 2. Bukan nak jahanamkan. masa tu lah nak cari bakat. Yang mana ada bakat diasahkan lagi.

Semalampulak I heard about STBA04 buat roll-off untuk sponsor budak2 AA dan juga AAA untuk di sponsorkan ke Circuit Johor. OK we see the sponsored bowlers there in Johor lah. Alhamdullillah now they are starting to do some good. Better late than never!
As for your comment on the averages untuk di pilih ke Program AA tu, tak payah lah sampai average 180. Kalau naklayakan dirimasuk program AAA, average 180 tu kira ok lah.
For AA ada average 160 pun jadi lah. These group of Bowlers masih dalam latihan dan perlu di latih dgn betul.

Memang saya baru buat sebab saya baru je ambik alih tugas lebih kurang sebulan yang lepas.Saya rasa tak menjadi masalah kan walaupun saya baru buat?yang dah lepas tu biar lah lepas.Saya tak tau dan tak campur.Skarang saya sebagai admin yang baru.semuanya baru.tak ada kena mengena dengan yang dulu.Apa-apa kemusykilan boleh rujuk pada saya.sekian.
